I enjoy helping others overcome their pasts, take steps toward the future, and create healthier selves to put out into the world. Together we can work to set goals and make plans to help you move forward, whether that be in the direction of something new, or away from something painful. I believe that we can find hope and healing when we better understand the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I incorporate solution focused and strength-based therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person centered approaches to my time with patients. I can also engage clients in faith based therapy if that is something that they would find helpful. I hope to help clients identify the goals and solutions that will best give them a happier life and relationships with others.
